Is there really no credit card required for the trial?
Correct. You can start your 14-day free trial without entering any payment information. When the trial ends, your subscription continues on Pro unless you downgrade to Simple before the trial ends.
Can I switch plans after I sign up?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your account settings. Changes take effect on your next billing cycle.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your data is yours. If you cancel, you have 30 days to export everything before the account is closed. We make it easy to get your jobs, contacts, and estimates out in standard formats.
Is there a setup fee or long-term contract?
No setup fees and no contracts. All plans are month-to-month. You can cancel anytime with no penalties.
When is my website built?
Website builds are included on Pro and higher plans only, not on Simple. We kick off your build after your first payment on an eligible plan. That keeps the project tied to your subscription and lets us schedule design, content, and launch with a clear start date.
How many jobs can I have on the Simple plan?
The Simple plan includes unlimited active jobs. Upgrade to Pro to unlock additional features and remove any limits entirely.
Do I get support on all plans?
Yes. Every plan includes email support. Pro adds priority responses; Enterprise will include dedicated account assistance when it launches.
